Cupping Notes:

This 80 years old María Dolores Typica plantation is the oldest one in the farm. Picked at 22 brix. It is close to a water birth source, providing a wet microclimate condition all year round that moisturizes the plants. It is also natural processed for 30 days.
This highlights a chocolate type of sweetness, with a brown sugar aroma, clove and floral notes. Grapefruit, plums, lychee, vanilla and nuts were its flavor highlights; malic like red apple acidity with a smooth and lingering aftertaste; combined with a creamy and full body.
